The Leadership Lab Venue
The Leadership Lab takes place primarily at The Fumbally Stables in the centre of Dublin, a thoughtfully designed space that supports our work with its blend of historical character and contemporary comfort.
It’s a relaxed, welcoming space designed to feel very different from the usual office environment - open, light, and calm.
The space itself invites experimentation, helping us to explore new perspectives, test ideas, and learn in real time with each other.
It’s a place where people can step out of their routines and into a different way of working - less about theory and more about engaging directly with the challenges and opportunities they face.
Your Retreat Space
Midway through the Leadership Lab, we step away together for a three-day residential retreat, from Friday to Sunday. The venue will be carefully chosen to suit the work - set in the Irish countryside, surrounded by natural beauty and quiet.
Stepping away from the pace and demands of everyday life, the retreat offers the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. The calm and simplicity of the setting create the right conditions for deeper conversations, fresh insights, and more authentic connection.
It is here that the work becomes more immersive. The environment allows us to slow down, to explore real issues in the moment, and to engage with each other in ways that are both challenging and supportive. What if I can't attend all the in-person sessions?
Full engagement is key. We ask participants to commit to at least 80% of sessions, including the retreat. Should unexpected circumstances arise, we’ll collaborate to ensure you remain connected and supported, minimising disruption to your journey. We, and your peer participants, will make sure you don't get left behind.
