What Happens After the Taster
Our intention is to create an ongoing space - which we call Leadership Lab - for senior leaders to convene and meet regularly throughout the year.
We want it to be a Community of Peers and a Forum to support your growth where you will be challenged and supported. This kind of experience simply cannot be offered inside organizations. The most transformative growth happens in trusted relationships with real issues and concerns brought to the table. We haven't yet designed all the details as we want those who choose to continue to shape it with us.
There is absolutely no obligation to continue or sign up for Leadership Lab. We recognize that you need to experience a "taste" in order to see if it's something that energizes and interests you. And, from our side, we want to have the right fit too.

Is prior leadership training a prerequisite? No prior training is required. The Taster is designed for senior leaders, founders, people managers, and any individual committed to expanding their leadership capabilities.
